Investment opportunity in the fantastic Masia Mas Taba

Masía Mas Taba is for sale. It consists of a group of three aligned buildings that formed an old farmhouse and several surrounding structures, some of which are new. The tallest building, with a rectangular floor plan and located to the northwest of the complex, has two levels: a ground floor and two upper floors. Its Arabic-style, single-sloped tile roof slopes towards the rear façade. On the main façade, which is made of masonry with stone corners, there are symmetrically arranged linteled openings. The central section appears to be the original farmhouse and has a gabled roof. The south façade, which is the main one, has semicircular arched openings with modernist influences on one end, while the others have traditional openings. The southeast section has a gabled roof with the eaves perpendicular to the main façade. In this covered area, the lowered arch openings on the ground floor and in the center of the upper floor stand out, as do the linteled openings at the ends of this floor.
