Equipment and special features of this development project

THE PAC Residencies introduces a new standard of contemporary island living in the heart of Pointe aux Canonniers, one of the most prestigious residential neighbourhoods in northern Mauritius.

Comprising just 47 exclusive residences — including 42 apartments and 5 exceptional penthouses — the development has been thoughtfully designed to combine timeless architecture, generous living spaces and refined comfort within an intimate residential setting.

Inspired by modern tropical design, every residence has been carefully planned to maximise natural light, seamless indoor-outdoor living and a sense of effortless elegance. Spacious terraces, premium finishes and sophisticated architecture create homes that are equally suited as permanent residences, luxurious holiday homes or long-term investments.

Residents will enjoy an exceptional collection of resort-style amenities, including a heated swimming pool, a fully equipped fitness centre, a wellness area with sauna and hammam, beautifully landscaped gardens, underground parking, elevators and 24-hour security. Every element has been designed to offer the comfort, privacy and tranquillity of a boutique resort while enjoying the convenience of everyday living.

Developed under the Property Development Scheme (PDS), THE PAC Residencies is available to both Mauritian and international buyers. Eligible foreign purchasers may also qualify to apply for Mauritian residency upon acquisition, subject to the applicable regulations.

The New Definition of Island Living

Location: Pointe aux Canonniers, Grand Baie

Pointe aux Canonniers has long been recognised as one of Mauritius’ most sought-after residential addresses — and for good reason.

This exclusive peninsula offers a rare combination of tranquillity, prestige and everyday convenience. Thanks to its compact layout, cafés, artisan bakeries, gourmet restaurants, boutiques, supermarkets and all essential amenities are comfortably within walking distance, creating a lifestyle where the car often becomes optional.

Some of the island’s most beautiful white sandy beaches and crystal-clear lagoons are only a short stroll away, allowing residents to embrace the very best of Mauritius’ coastal lifestyle.

Just minutes away, Grand Baie offers an exclusive marina, luxury boutiques, beach clubs and an outstanding international dining scene. International schools, renowned golf courses and modern healthcare facilities further enhance the appeal of this exceptional location.

With its limited supply of premium real estate, outstanding walkability and consistently strong demand, Pointe aux Canonniers remains one of Mauritius’ most desirable property markets, offering exceptional lifestyle value alongside excellent long-term investment potential.
