On the lower level are an entertainment room with a projector TV, a full gym, and a bonus bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a full bath on this level. Multiple well-designed terraces throughout the house including a roof terrace with a dining area, fire pit surrounding with seating, sound system, and 360-degree views of San Miguel and its many churches. An elevator allows for easy access to all parts of the house excluding the gym. Features: Filtered water throughout, AC in two bedrooms, home entertainment system, sound system throughout, fully equipped kitchen, wine cellar, library and office, outdoor grill, and parking for one vehicle. Maid service who can also prepare breakfast. A full-time cook can be arranged for an additional fee. * The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays.
