The apartment has undergone a costly renovation by an architect and has a practical layout: the entrance area consists of an open concept that connects the living room, the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with an electronically controlled push system, Siemens appliances, a wine cellar, a coffee machine and an induction hob with integrated hood. There is also a bedroom with a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom. In the loft area of the apartment, there is a central bathroom and two bedrooms with access to a terrace facing east towards the quiet courtyard. The apartment has two air conditioners on the lower floor and one air conditioner on the upper floor, natural materials such as wood, stone and glass. There is plenty of storage space throughout the apartment with a push system opening. Two parking spaces are included with the apartment. The fees associated with the use of the apartment are 11 500 CZK per month. Electricity is paid separately. The fees will include cleaning, which will take place once every two months.
