The design of this glass mansion is entrusted to Architecturestudio, an architecture, urban planning, and interior design firm with a 50-year track record and main offices in Paris, Shanghai, and Zug (Switzerland). With 13 renowned associated architects and a multidisciplinary team of over 150 professionals from 20 nationalities, the company has a global vision and operates worldwide (you can see its impressive portfolio of projects at architecturiostudio.fr). With only 12 units (8 still available) distributed over 7 floors, 3 underground levels, and a wide variety of services and amenities, ÂME will be the most exclusive and sophisticated building in the city. It will offer a spacious and beautifully designed reception, and its amenities include a heated outdoor pool, solarium, indoor and outdoor gardens, fitness & wellness center, spa, and a clubhouse with a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for meetings and events. Its first 5 levels feature 3 and 4-bedroom semi-floors (all en suite), with total areas ranging from 300 to 500m2, and levels 6 and 7 occupy the entire floor with over 600m2 of space. Each unit also includes a separate multipurpose studio from the apartment and 4 parking spaces.
