ÂME, the new architectural icon opposite Puerto del Buceo

In the heart of La Rambla, opposite Puerto del Buceo and next to Plaza Armenia, construction is well underway on ÂME, a project that will undoubtedly become a benchmark for elegant and sophisticated living. With only 12 units (of which 6 are still available) distributed across 10 semi-floors and 2 penthouses, ÂME is the best option for those who settle for nothing less than excellence in design, finishes, and services. The project is being developed by the firm Ixou, which is known for selecting the best names in global architecture for its projects and placing great importance on every detail of design and finishes. Having arrived in Uruguay more than a decade ago, Ixou has developed projects in Montevideo designed by world-renowned architects such as Carlos Ott, Mathias Klotz (Chile), Carlos Ferrater (Spain), and Saraiva + Associados (Portugal). Reaffirming this philosophy of striving for excellence, ÂME is the first project in our country by Architecturestudio, an architecture, urban planning, and interior design firm with more than 50 years of experience and main offices in Paris, Shanghai, and Zug (Switzerland). First-class amenities ÂME's amenities are conceived and designed to enhance the feeling of living in a home that its residences generate, combined with the comfort and security offered by a building.
