Essential requirements:

• Realtor license (Mandatory for Senior job position) or availability on achieve the enabling

• Excellent knowledge/ fluent Italian and English language – written and spoken - (a third known language would be preferential)

• Good ability on team working

• Capacity in acquisition, valuation, presentation and negotiation

• Mental and entrepreneurial working attitude / entrepreneurial way of thinking and working

• Disposition to create client relationships during the entire deal process

• Professional aspect and good reputation

• Consolidated sales experience, in particular for the real estate business/preferably in the property industry

• Professionalism and ability to create empathic relationships / interpersonal skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office software

Marketing & Communication Support

For our offices in Porto Cervo and Olbia, we are looking for a person responsible for the creation of marketing content and its effective distribution.

The candidate we are looking for will have the following responsibilities:

• Analyze the market and the competition to intercept new business opportunities
• Define and implement an offline and online marketing plan
• Define and implement the company's digital communication strategy, with the objectives of brand awareness, lead generation and research of potential new clients 
• Definition, implementation and evaluation of communication strategies, including the media plan and other promotional channels
• Coordinate advertising activities online, on search engines and social networks
• Carry out analysis on targets and performance of communication campaigns
• Manage the communication of the properties proposed by the agency
• Optimize content from an SEO perspective
• Manage email marketing and Digital PR campaigns
• Observe customer behavior and adapt promotional campaigns and related content accordingly
• Organize corporate events and training days
• Scheduling and monitoring of results
• Monitoring the marketing budget and the return on investment made

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in humanities and/or Master's degree in Marketing/Communication or similar;
2/3 years of experience in the same role
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (a third language is preferable)
Ability to work in a team
Excellent knowledge of the main Digital Marketing tools (Paid Advertising, Social Media Management, Retargeting, Email Marketing, etc.).
Knowledge of Google Analytics and testing methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication and content production skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and good personal reputation
