Situated at approximately 1,170 metres above sea level, these two charming chalets enjoy an absolutely sunny south-facing position with a unique, unobstructed view of the surrounding mountain scenery. The two identically constructed chalet houses each offer around 100 m² of living and usable space and are ideally suited both as private holiday homes and for tourist rental. The chalets were built in 2006 as high-quality timber houses by local construction companies. They have been lovingly maintained on an ongoing basis and are in very good condition. The spacious living area impresses with its cosy atmosphere, further enhanced by a pellet fireplace. Heating is provided by gas underfloor heating, which can be conveniently controlled remotely via an app. Each chalet offers four bedrooms, two of which have direct access to the sunny balcony, as well as two bathrooms, one featuring an infrared cabin. For enjoyable outdoor moments and relaxing retreats, each chalet is equipped with its own barbecue area and a separate sauna house. Above the chalets, idyllically nestled in the forest, there is a private playground that will particularly appeal to families. Thanks to the elevated location, a magical winter landscape is guaranteed in the colder months, while in summer the altitude offers a pleasant escape from the heat. Numerous hiking trails start directly at the property.
