Your Role
- Advise clients on renting premium and luxury properties in Dubai
- Build relationships with landlords and tenants
- Generate new business through calls, networking, and digital platforms
- Conduct property viewings and provide market insight
- Negotiate tenancy agreements and close deals
- Stay up to date with Dubai’s fast-moving real estate market
What We’re Looking For
- Ambitious, target-driven, and financially motivated
- Confident, resilient, and positive under pressure
- A strong communicator with excellent people skills
- Comfortable with high activity levels (calls, meetings, viewings)
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
Requirements
- Aged 21+
- Valid driving licence (or currently working towards one)
- Willing to relocate to Dubai (if not already based here)
- Able to financially support yourself during the initial months
