Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated CRM Developer with expertise in Bitrix CRM to join our team in Dubai. You will play a crucial role in maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting our recently implemented CRM system. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the efficiency and success of our real estate brokerage operations.
Key Responsibilities
System Maintenance:
● Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for our Bitrix-based and other CRM systems.
● Identify and resolve bugs, errors, and performance issues.
● Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM.
● Perform regular system backups and updates.
System Enhancement:
● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify areas for improvement within the CRM.
● Design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities to optimize user experience and business processes.
● Integrate the CRM with other relevant software and platforms, including real estate portals.
● Automate tasks and workflows to increase efficiency.
Reporting and Analytics:
● Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs).
● Analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
● Create and maintain documentation for the CRM system, including user guides and technical specifications.
Training and Support:
● Provide training and support to users on how to effectively utilize the CRM system.
● Create and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs to address common user queries.
