Do I need real estate experience to apply?
No prior real estate experience is required. Many of our top performers came from sales, hospitality, banking, and business development backgrounds. The Engel & Völkers Academy gives you a complete foundation, from RERA licensing to client management and deal closing.
How does the commission structure work?
This is a 100% commission-based role with no income ceiling. Agents at Engel & Völkers Dubai earn up to 70% commission on every transaction, completely tax-free. Your effort directly determines your income.
