Dubai’s commercial real estate market remained active in Q3 2026, with sales volumes broadly stable compared with the previous quarter. Secondary transactions strengthened, while off-plan property continued to account for more than half of commercial sales.
Office and retail investment remained key areas of activity. Office transaction volumes were broadly unchanged year-on-year, but total sales value increased significantly, while retail sales value also rose despite lower transaction volumes. Demand continued to favour well-located assets with strong specifications, occupier appeal and long-term income potential.
Leasing activity also remained substantial across offices, retail, warehouses and other commercial property types. The full Q3 2026 Dubai Commercial Property Market Report explores these trends in more detail, alongside leading locations, pricing, off-plan development and the outlook for Q4.
