Vienna Woods at your doorstep: Modern home on four levels with sauna and gym

Saturnweg is located in the Wolfersberg residential estate in Hütteldorf, one of Vienna’s greenest and quietest residential areas. The houses are spread out loosely along the hillside, there is virtually no through traffic, and the Vienna Woods begin just a few steps away: the Halterbach Valley, Satzberg with its Lagerwiese meadow, Hüttelberg and Dehnepark invite residents to go walking and cycling right on their doorstep. The Ernst Fuchs Museum, housed in the villa built by Otto Wagner, is located nearby. Local shops on Linzer Straße and Hüttelbergstraße, both about a ten-minute walk away, provide for everyday needs; pharmacies, doctors, kindergartens and primary schools are also sufficiently available in the surrounding area.

Despite its tranquil, green setting, the area has excellent transport links. Bus route 50B stops about three minutes away at the Uranusweg stop and connects the estate directly to Hütteldorf railway station. From there, the U4 underground line, several S-Bahn and regional trains, and numerous bus routes are available, allowing the city centre to be reached in around 35 minutes. By car, Linzer Straße leads directly towards the city centre; the entrance to the A1 Western Motorway at the Auhof interchange and Auhof Center, with its extensive range of shops, restaurants and cinemas, can be reached within a few minutes by car.
