The house offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 offices, including two bedrooms of approximately 12 m² each, a first office of approximately 14 m², an additional space/second office of approximately 30 m², and a spacious principal suite on the upper floor comprising a bedroom of approximately 27 m², a bathroom of approximately 12 m² and extensive built-in storage.

Entirely built above a basement of approximately 155 m², the property includes a double garage of approximately 55 m², numerous cellars and storage areas, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, technical rooms and a generous entrance hall.
