This outstanding construction project comprises the development of an exclusive “well-being finca” in an absolutely tranquil location in the heart of Mallorca, between Vilafranca and Petra. The plot of 17,691 m² is ideally south-facing, offers magnificent panoramic views across the island – including Manacor, Felanitx and the Bonany hill – and is still easily accessible via paved roads. The gentle slope ensures sunlight throughout the entire day, and the fertile soil was formerly used for grain cultivation.
The finca itself will offer approximately 265 m² of living space, divided into three bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a bright, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with a kitchen island. Large patio doors seamlessly connect the interior with the spacious outdoor area, which includes an elegant 35 m² meter pool, a landscaped garden, various covered and open terraces, as well as a barbecue and lounge area. Additional amenities include a utility room and a double garage. A particular highlight is the high degree of self-sufficiency: water is supplied by a private well, electricity by a modern solar system, and the property also features its own wastewater system. Heating and cooling are provided by an advanced air-to-water heat pump.
All necessary legal requirements are met: the Proyecto Básico (basic project) is already available, and the execution project has been applied for. The construction is registered, and all documents are up to date, allowing you to either purchase only the plot with an approved project or have the finca turnkey-built. Despite the idyllic location, access remains convenient: the Rafa Nadal Academy is 10 minutes away, the beautiful eastern beaches are 15 to 20 minutes away, and the airport/Palma can be reached in 30 minutes.

Localisation : Vilafranca de Bonany, Îles Baléares
Located in the centre of Mallorca, Vilafranca de Bonany is a municipality of the “Pla de Mallorca” with a population of around 3.000 inhabitants. In 1813 Vilafranca was segregated from the municipality of Petra, and became its own municipality. It borders the towns of Felanitx, Sant Juan, Porreres and Manacor.
Vilafranca is known for its melon production which are grown on the surrounding fields. Its popular melon fair takes place during the first week of September, and of course, being the most important fruit in the town, there is an annual contest for the largest melon.
A stroll through its streets will have you come across its typical grocery stores with their produce hanging from the façades (peppers, garlic, tomatoes).
One of the town’s most well-known characters is the singer and songwriter Bartomeu Nicolau Morlá (Tomeu Penya). His work is a combination of local music, rock & roll, and country music.
Vilafranca is located about 45 minutes from the centre of Palma and the airport, and 25 minutes’ drive from the nearest beaches.
