Cunit is a municipality in the Baix Penedès region. Its beaches stand out, with a total of 2.7 kilometres of continuous fine sand and a smooth profile, presided over by 7 breakwaters that give it a unique appearance, in the form of semicircular coves. It has all the services and shops, health centres, sports, education, large supermarket chains, local shops and gastronomy. The municipality of Cunit occupies only a small part of the region, made up of a narrow coastal strip and a mountainous area of rounded appearance, of low altitude, always below 200 metres, but with notable slopes at its eastern end. It borders the province of Barcelona with two municipalities: Castellet i la Gornal to the north and Cubelles to the east, to the west it meets Segur de Calafell and to the south the Mediterranean Sea.
