This old farmhouse, originally belonging to Benedictine monks, has its main body dated back to 1700 and another part to 1800. All the rooms on the second floor enjoy views of the green surrounding hills. Within the same farmhouse, there is an independent apartment, located on the second floor, consisting of a kitchen, bathroom, a double bedroom and a further small bedroom. At a short distance from the main house, a one floor outbuilding has been built and it has a kitchen with living room, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The garden surrounding the house, which is totally flat and therefore perfect for a swimming pool, hosts a small wine production: in fact, it consists of 90 vines, of which 50 are Sagrantino, 20 Sangiovese and 20 Cabernet. The main body has been renovated internally while maintaining all the original materials and traditional features of the time, giving it an authentic and elegant atmosphere at the same time. The outbuilding is a new construction but was also built respecting the same characteristics. The property is served by both two wells and municipal water. Located on a closed road and surrounded by greenery, this property enjoys a relaxing view of the greenery and a rare quietness at the gates of the city.
