Montepríncipe is an urbanisation located in the western part of the Community of Madrid, close to the capital. It depends urbanistically on three town councils: Alcorcón (a small housing nucleus), Pozuelo de Alarcón (only green areas) and, for the most part, Boadilla del Monte. Montepríncipe includes more than 450 grouped single-family dwellings (semi-detached/attached) and slightly less than 200 single-family dwellings. It is estimated that around two thousand people live in the urbanisation of Montepríncipe in Madrid; an excellent area very close to the capital where there is an abundance of villas distributed in quiet streets within a privileged environment surrounded by large green areas.
