Spacious office in the heart of Lisbon with river view

The Parish of Santo António results from the merger of three Lisbon parishes: S. José, Coração de Jesus and São Mamede. Named in honor of Lisbon’s patron saint, the parish seeks to preserve the past and create new stories in the capital; to include all people and businesses in community life; to enhance and preserve emblematic places; to be an example of innovation; and to attract young people and entrepreneurs to this place in the very heart of Lisbon. The Barata Salgueiro Neighborhood, the Camões Neighborhood (inaugurated in 1880 on the tricentennial of the death of the poet Luís de Camões), the Diário de Notícias building, the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and the “Franjinhas” Building reveal the urban development dynamism of this area.

The parish includes the renowned Avenida da Liberdade, inaugurated at the end of the 19th century; the “Passeio Público” was created in the likeness of the great European boulevards of the time. A prestigious area of the city where, both to its left and to its right, we find large manor houses that represented the area’s wealth and excellence. Until the end of the 20th century this area favored the establishment of major service companies, but since the early 2000s there has been a growing presence of major international brands and real-estate rehabilitation geared toward the luxury residential market.
