18th century manor house w/ tourist exhibition licence

It is a typical 18th century manor house, in a "U" shape. Entering the house at first floor level, we have access to four rooms that were originally designed as a dining room, living room, library and music room. The dining room, which is located in the NNW wing, is next to the kitchen and has a fireplace and a bathroom between the living room and the kitchen. On the opposite wing SSE, we have three large bedrooms "en suite" and with lots of light, as indeed the whole house, given the high number of windows. We also have an access to the upper balcony of the chapel. On the ground floor, we have two bedrooms, served by a full bathroom, which share a living room that has direct access to the outdoor area. There is also a laundry room and a laundry room, which has a heat pump associated with one of the solar panels on the roof. On the ground floor there is also a caretakers' house, consisting of two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and direct exit to the garden. There is also the chapel, with an altar with an image sculpted by Friar Cipriano da Cruz, renowned sculptor of works of sacred art and a sacristy with independent entrance. On this floor there is also a room (cellar), with a wine press dating from 1897 and also a garage for 3 cars, where there is also another heat pump that is powered by the solar panel of the opposite wing. All this completes a covered area of 600m2. The entire house was rehabilitated around the 1990s, leaving only the original walls, with its current structure in reinforced concrete. This house has a license for Housing Tourism and was in operation until March 2020, until the beginning of the pandemic. In addition, in a total area of 140m2, Casa do Padre, which is adjacent to the main house and with direct access through the street, which is arranged through the following divisions: two bedrooms, living room. dining room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and garage, also with direct access to the street. This house currently has a recent lease, with the possibility of extinction. The 18th century buckeye gardens, with large trees, is divided into four different beds with a fountain in the center. Each bed has a statue representing the Seasons: Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. The statues are in iron, of Belgian origin from the 19th century. Next to this garden, there is a large lawned space with rare trees, with an attached tent with 200m2 of area, which has an industrial kitchen, bathrooms, other infrastructures, and also furniture that allows the realization of various events.
