Recoletos is the prime area of the Salamanca district, the closest area to El Retiro, and specifically, this residence is just steps away from the largest and most representative park in Madrid. The Parque del Buen Retiro is the true protagonist of this neighborhood in Madrid, with its borders defined by the streets of Alcalá and O'Donnell to the north, Doctor Esquerdo Street to the east, the Avenida del Mediterráneo and the Paseo de Reina Cristina to the south, and Alfonso XII Street to the west.
