Large farmhouse with sanctuary and lake view

On the top of one of the hills that border Lake Trasimeno to the north, at a height of about 800 m above sea level, stands a circular sanctuary with its 12 m of height. In the immediate vicinity was built a farmhouse, on four levels and about 1200 square meters large. The lower level houses a large hall and a wellness centre, accessible both from the outside and from an internal staircase. On the ground floor we find a living room, kitchen, some closets and bathroom. The ground floor is surrounded by a panoramic veranda. The first and second floors house the sleeping area with many bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The farmhouse is in excellent structural condition but needs a renovation. The Sanctuary is currently unused and in excellent structural condition. Downstream of the farmhouse there is a panoramic swimming pool. The entire property enjoys a magnificent view of Lake Trasimeno and is surrounded by approximately 21 hectares of woodland.
