Living in the Northwest Sierra of Madrid, in Valdemorillo, is wonderful because of its nature, its native plants, its large fields and, above all, the incredible Valmayor reservoir that surrounds us, one of the main suppliers of drinking water for the Community of Madrid. The municipality of Valdemorillo is partially included within the Regional Park of the middle course of the Guadarrama River and its surroundings. It is part of the tourist itinerary known as the Imperial Route of the Community of Madrid. We can find many outdoor restaurants with views of the reservoir, such as the Nautical Club restaurant, which will not leave you indifferent. It offers many activities to do, such as horse riding, motocross, a large aerodrome, and hiking. It is a municipality in the western area of Madrid, located 30 minutes from Madrid, 10 minutes from El Escorial, bordering to the west with Robledo de Chavela and Navalagamella and to the south with Villanueva de la Cañada and Quijorna. Just 15 minutes away is the Villafranca del Castillo urbanization, with its prestigious international school SEK, as well as the French Molière School, located in Villanueva de la Cañada. There is a bus service that goes directly to Moncloa in 35 minutes. A very quiet area to relax and breathe fresh air. Take your bicycle and enjoy wonderful rides that allow you to renew yourself for the start of the week. Its proximity to El Escorial with its majestic Monastery gives it great prestige. It has excellent communication; from Majadahonda you would go via the M-503 in just 15 minutes; from Las Rozas you can access via the M-509; it also has access via Brunete.
