Historic building and large park in the town centre

This marvellous noble palace, built before 1750 next to the ancient castle of Orsenigo, is one of the most significant examples of neoclassical Lombard architecture. The palace was completely renovated in 1830-35 by the architect Giacomo Moraglia and, around the 1910s, the architect Federico Frigerio was commissioned by the Honourable Pietro Baragiola, MP and then Senator of the Kingdom, to add a new building in an eclectic style. Currently, it has a maximum of 4 floors and over the years it has maintained its characteristic charm and original finishes, including the beautiful frescoes in many of the rooms. The current owners already have a project for the complete renovation and subdivision into luxury apartments; different uses from residential, such as hospitality, luxury hospital or co-housing for the elderly, can also be evaluated, by contacting the competent authorities. Currently the entire property measures 6,000 square metres covered, in addition to about 3 hectares of finely planted parkland; according to current regulations, all 22,000 cubic metres of volume could be recovered. The project could be very interesting for a safe and profitable investment.
