Modern and minimalistic style villas

This project consists of 5 individual villas of minimalist and modern style which combine elegance and comfort in an environment surrounded by nature and trees that is typical to the Mediterranean region and the bay of Benidorm. Each villa has its own individual plot of aprox 400 square meters and the villas will be distributed on two levels and the built area will be approximately 130 m2. The large garden allows you to enjoy a pleasant outdoor space or a swim in your own pool surrounded by Mediterranean trees that bring privacy to the homes. The design of the house is distributed in such a way so that you can enjoy the life outside of the villa and inside as well but with maximum privacy maintaining a nice and easy access between the terrace and the pool area.
