This historic building, which was once used as a pharmacy and has now been converted into a house, is situated only a few minutes’ walk from the centre of the village of Llucmajor.
Its high ceilings with arches, its wooden elements, its traditional touches, and its large dimensions are to mention. It has entrances from two sides and is divided into two independent units. One unit has been renovated and is accessed via an original Mallorcan staircase. The old village church can be seen from the balcony on this side.
The renovated part consists of a living/dining room with fitted kitchen and offers two bedrooms and a bathroom. This area is ready to move into and could be lived in or rented out immediately.
The main part of the house has three floors plus basement, usable in its entirety. There are several rooms and bathrooms which can be remodelled according to taste, and from the terrace one can enjoy nice views to the church while from the roof terrace one can enjoy a view to the whole village.
The property also enjoys a large inner courtyard which consists of two levels and can be decorated and designed according to taste with various plants.
Due to its historic character, there are several fireplaces in the interior of the property which gives it a very cosy touch. There is an interior rainwater well and two exterior wells and, completing this large property there is a garage with three parking spaces.

The municipality of Llucmajor is geographically the largest on the island. The town is located about 15 minutes’ drive southeast of Palma airport, at the foot of the Puig de Randa. Llucmajor is a tranquil town with narrow streets and a market on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The reconverted fish market is now home to several of the Town Hall’s departments, such as the Board of Tourism. The square in front of the Town Hall was completed in 2010, now a pedestrian zone and also the setting for fruit and vegetable markets. The square is becoming increasingly popular amongst cyclists, as Llucmajor has many bike paths. On Fridays the market extends itself through half the town, from the Town Hall to Plaça d'Espanya to Bisbe Taixequet Street and from Paseo Jaime III to Ronda de Migjorn. The municipality of Llucmajor has from Tapas bars to 5 Star Hotels and many shops.
