Elegant flat with a terrace

We reach this delightful flat a few steps away from the Gran Viale, one of the most prestigious streets of the Lido, going up to the third floor. At the entrance, we immediately appreciate the very pretty and well-kept living room, with parquet flooring and a beautiful fireplace which, even when switched off, promises pleasant moments of intimacy for the colder season. On the right, there is an inviting access to a large terrace: let's step outside, the spaces are also adequate for convivial moments. Inside, we notice that the kitchen also opens onto another portion of the terrace, also of generous size. Continuing our visit, we find two very spacious bedrooms, a room used as a study, and a double bathroom - convenient for large families. The brightness, which accompanies our entire visit, and seems to be a constant throughout the day, allows us to see all the wonderful shades of colour that the island has to offer. On the way out, we consider the proximity to the centre of Lido to be an atout for enviable walks in its most desirable area, while the sea is the privileged way to reach the historic centre of Venice, only ten minutes away by ferry!
