In one of the most authentic areas but at the same time convenient to all services, we are just a few steps from Riva De Biasio. Entering through the front door we find ourselves in a well-kept entrance hall with exposed beams. We take the lift, a rarity in Venice, to the third floor and enter the flat. We are immediately struck by the light that the many windows provide. Seized by curiosity, we open one of the windows and are enchanted by the view of the gardens of Venice and turn around to admire the intersection of the Grand Canal and the Canale di Cannaregio. We continue to be fascinated by the double-height living area and the wooden floor which lends authenticity to the property, and passed into the kitchen area we decide to climb up the mezzanine, dedicating the sleeping area with a double bed and a bathroom. Intrigued by the small French window, we decide to open it and step out onto a delightful little terrace reserved from prying eyes that gives us views over the city. The property also has septic tanks. This property is the right mix of Venetian style, comfort and beauty, a pearl set in the centre of Venice.
