Residenza Alberoni

After a pleasant walk, on this clear day that seems to evoke the new season, we reach the splendid setting of Alberoni, an oasis of tranquillity on the island of Lido di Venezia. In this very modern complex we find our flat for sale, divided into three levels. On the ground floor we find a double bedroom, one of the three bathrooms and a living room overlooking the private garden - a space that seems to promise happy hours on long summer days. Climbing the stairs, we reach the second floor where we are greeted by a spacious living room; the kitchen is large and bright, with very large windows, and the second double bedroom, the master bedroom, also enjoys a splendid view of the inner park. Dulcis in fundo, as we leave the second floor to reach the terrace, we inhale the scent of the Lagoon, reaching the hanging garden, where a large table alludes to convivial moments with loved ones, in a delightful scenic space. From the terrace we can easily distinguish the passage of boats from the Lagoon to the sea, the octagon of defence and, on the other side, the historic entrance to the Lido Golf Club. This modern flat at the Alberoni, with the small luxury of a breathtaking terrace, seems to us to be definitely attractive for experiencing the Lido's charm to the full, as well as a real treat for golf enthusiasts!
