Cozy home in the heart of the Lido

We get off the vaporetto and walk down the Gran Viale, turning onto a side street to reach our flat. The location is very sought-after, the renowned beaches of the Lido are just a stroll away, without giving up any of the comforts of the centre. A driveway leads us to the flat, we go through the entrance gate and up to the first floor: as we enter we immediately encounter the very large open space, with its adjoining habitable terrace. We notice refined details: all the briarwood doors, with precious Murano glass details, and all the custom-made designer furnishings, including the bookcase that covers the entire right side and reveals all its history and beauty. Continuing to the right we find the bathroom, also completely covered by precious marble, and the bedroom - concealed in a very original and ingenious way, excellent for privacy and confidentiality. Returning to our open space and passing the living area, we find on our left the kitchen, also of design and with a central island that makes it liveable at any time of day. Leaving, we consider this solution very attractive for the way it combines authenticity and history with design and completely customised furnishing solutions: we realise how all the objects, furniture and even the smallest details have been meticulously thought out to create a space of well-being, in the heart of the Lido di Venezia.
