This property is located in one of the most authentic and bonafide areas of Madrid's city. Referred as "Madrid Castizo", a genuine area, next to the emblematic Segovia's Bridge, and surrounded by parks and green areas such as the Athens Park, the Luigi Boccherini Park, the Campo del Moro, and the Garden of the Vistillas. It's 5 minutes' walk from the Royal Palace, and the Opera Theatre, as well as one of the most lively and bohemian areas of Madrid, the La Latina neighborhood, full of restaurants and bars where you can enjoy Madrid's life experience. The palace atmosphere permeates these nearby streets, inviting you to wander around royal parks such as the Plaza de Oriente or the Sabatini Gardens. The location allows ideal accessibility to the central area of Sol and the entire Gran Vía.
