This magnificent house is located in an idyllic and wild environment about 300 meters from the wonderful beach of Valdevaqueros, 1.9 km from Punta Paloma beach, 900 meters from the well-known Valdevaqueros Dune and 10 minutes by car to the old town of Tarifa. We enter this property through a path surrounded by palm trees that gives access to a security door where, once inside, we have a large parking area. The minimalist style house welcomes us, providing freshness and a feeling of purity. Metal beams, polished micro-cement flooring and Nordic design furniture are the stars of the property. We find a diaphanous room with different levels and floor heights that divide the kitchen from the living room and the dining room. It consists of two bathrooms, both with underfloor heating and fully equipped, and three bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, thus accommodating 6 people. All the rooms in the house have aluminium windows with locks and blackout blinds, air conditioning, speakers, Wi-Fi and all the amenities available to make the stay in this sensational house easy and pleasant.
