Latina: Location and surroundings of this property

The Puerta de Ángel neighbourhood (within the La Latina district) is bordered to the east of Madrid by the districts of Centro (with the areas of Malasaña, Chueca, Sol and Universidad, among others) and Arganzuela, and to the north, by the Casa de Campo, a very large public park, used by many athletes for jogging or cycling. And in this neighbourhood, you can also find the urban park 'Madrid Río', a green space built along an urban stretch of the Manzanares River. From the Puerta de Angel Metro station, walking on foot, it takes about 15 minutes, crossing the Puente de Segovia, to reach the Calle Mayor that leads to the Plaza Mayor and Sol. The Royal Palace of Madrid and the Almudena Cathedral, among many other points of tourist interest, are also in the vicinity. The neighborhood, apart from having good connections with numerous bus lines, is served by the Puerta del Angel, Alto de Extremadura and Lucero Metro stations on line 6. The Príncipe Pío (L6, L10) and Lago (L10) stations are also very close by. By car, it is very easy to access the M-30 or the A-5 highway.
