Commission Details

The mediator and/or its agents, Engel & Völkers Ascona (Ticino Premium Properties SA, Ascona) and its possible representatives / agents, have the right to immediately claim the commission and the remaining dues toward the seller respectively the buyer (contract in favour of third parties).
