INVESTMENT: Tourism Project

The landscape in Alcácer do Sal is marked by the abundance of water, stored in dams, reservoirs, rivers and streams. Therefore, there is a great potential for leisure and sport resources, namely nautical activities, adventure walks, fishing and hunting.About 15 minutes drive from Alcácer do Sal we find this untouched property of 500 hectares around a stunning dam. It has an approved project for a sustainable development of 50.000m2 of building area, built with respect for landscape and natural features, the use of renewable energy and sustainable materials, the promotion of mobility without fossil energies and integration with local culture and society. The project includes the construction of: - one resort - four rural hotels - a nautical centre - an environmental interpretation centre - and a public park.
