Introducing
In the heart of the popular Vinohrady district, just a few steps from Náměstí Míru, a carefully restored multi-tenant house from the 1920s is being transformed into elegant living with historical charm and modern-day comfort. Known as Palác Continental, the building features thoughtfully renovated apartments in 1-bedroom and studio layouts. Palác Continental was built between 1926 and 1928 as a new development in the purist style, designed by renowned architects Arnošt Mühlstein and Viktor Fürth.
Available Apartments
This multi-tenant house offers elegant 2-room apartments (43–68 m²) and one studio apartment (26 m²) for sale. All units are located between the 2nd and 6th floors.
The building is currently undergoing a complete renovation with a focus on preserving and replicating original elements in both the apartments and the common areas.
The shared spaces feel elegant and welcoming, with large windows along the staircase providing plenty of natural light. The floors are finished with terrazzo.
The elevator provides direct access to each floor, with three to four apartments located on every level.
Most apartments include a balcony of 2–4 m², facing either the courtyard or the street.
Each apartment comes with the option to purchase a private cellar unit ranging from 5 to 12 m², offering ample storage space.

Vinohrady is known for its Art Nouveau and early 20th-century architecture, wide boulevards, and unmistakable atmosphere. Spacious parks such as Riegrovy sady and Havlíčkovy sady (Grébovka) offer ideal spots for relaxation. The area also boasts a rich cultural scene with theatres, galleries, and a variety of stylish cafés, restaurants, and bistros.

Nearby metro stations Náměstí Míru (line A) and I. P. Pavlova (line C), along with several tram and bus stops, provide excellent transport connections.
The building also includes two commercial units for sale located on the ground floor and lower ground floor, each with its own entrance from the street. Beyond the entrance passage in the courtyard, there are two additional basement levels housing spacious commercial premises, also available for purchase.
