The residential building from 1906 is undergoing a sensitive and comprehensive renovation that restores its original character while adapting it to contemporary living standards. Emphasis is placed on the careful preservation and faithful restoration of historical features, both within the individual apartments and in the common areas. The aim of the project is to create a blend of modern living with advanced technologies, while preserving the historic spirit of the building and the unique genius loci of Prague’s Žižkov district.

Apartment layouts and orientation
Each floor features two to three apartments with layouts of 1+kt or 2+kt, all accessible via a brand-new elevator. Some apartments are oriented exclusively towards the street, others towards both the street and the courtyard, and some are located entirely within the courtyard.
The apartment finishes combine timeless materials and proven brands – new box-type windows with insulating double glazing, interior doors with casings, vinyl flooring, and sanitary fittings by Laufen and Grohe.
