On the site of a former chocolate and confectionery factory of the company Johan Kluge & Co., an elegant residence has been built that sensitively links the industrial past with modern architecture. The project was created in collaboration with two renowned studios – the construction was carried out by the office Podlipný Sladký Architects, while the interiors and communal spaces were designed by the design studio de.fakto CZ.
All apartments come with a balcony, loggia or terrace, and the units on the top floor offer pleasant views of the surroundings.
The building is constructed using sand-lime blocks, which ensure above-standard sound-insulation and excellent thermal-storage properties.
All living spaces in the apartments are air-conditioned.
With barrier-free design and an elevator, the residence is comfortably accessible for everyone.
Most apartments include spacious built-in wardrobes, utility rooms and cellar storage rooms.
Residence Staropramenná offers a total of 84 parking spaces, both outdoor and in modern car-stackers. Residents thus have the convenience of comfortable parking right at their home.
The apartments are currently leased on long-term contracts. Lease agreements end in 2025 to 2026, so the buyer can obtain the apartments immediately as an investment with an active lease.
