On the site of a former chocolate and confectionery factory of the company Johan Kluge & Co., an elegant residence has been built that sensitively links the industrial past with modern architecture. The project was created in collaboration with two renowned studios – the construction was carried out by the office Podlipný Sladký Architects, while the interiors and communal spaces were designed by the design studio de.fakto CZ.

Residence Staropramenná is located just a few minutes’ walk from the “Anděl” station, the lively centre of Prague with shops, entertainment and excellent transport links.
