The apartments will be handed over with high-quality interior doors including hardware, flooring with skirting boards, and modern electrical installations complemented by USB sockets. The bathrooms will be fully equipped with sanitary ceramics and fittings, and water connections are of course included. Windows with coloured plastic frames and triple glazing ensure a high level of living comfort. Apartments with layouts of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom will feature two toilets, or in some cases, two bathrooms with a toilet.
Apartments on the top floor are equipped with preparation for air conditioning and external window blinds, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate even during the summer months.
