Villanueva de la Cañada : Lage und Umgebung dieser Immobilie

La Raya del Palancar (Villanueva de la Cañada) is a residential area set in a natural setting of great beauty, on the edge of the Regional Park of the middle course of the Guadarrama River, 30 km east of the capital, Madrid. Just two kilometres away is the Alfonso X El Sabio University, the Aquópolis water park and the Santiago Apóstol sports centre. It is an ideal enclave for lovers of the countryside, nature, walks and a quiet life in general, which is favoured by a marvellous environment, without shying away from progress and advances.
