How does it work?

Name the owner and the property or land for sale to us (the owner must agree to the disclosure of data according to the Data Protection Act).

2. We get in contact

We verify the offered object as well as the owner and establish the initial contact.

3. We receive the order

We conclude the contract with the owners and the selling process of the property or land begins.

4. Conclusion of contract

If your tip leads to the successful conclusion of a contract for the named property, you will receive your tipster commission of € 1.000 on your account after receipt of payment of the brokerage fee.

Important notes:

1. The owner of the property is not your spouse or domestic partner.
   
   
2. The property is not yet publicly offered for sale, for example on the Internet, newspapers, by other brokers, ... and is not yet known to us.
   
   
3. We expressly point out that the offer is not directed at persons who have a special relationship of trust with their customers/mandates, or who are prohibited by civil law from receiving betting commissions.
   
   
4. The tipster commission is paid net to private individuals or companies not subject to VAT. We pay gross (i.e. including VAT) to companies that are subject to VAT. The recipient is responsible for the final taxation of the commission.
   
   
5. Avoid anti-competitive solicitation in accordance with the UWG.
