In the idyllic hilly landscape between the Bruges' Ommeland and the Leie region we find this modernist design villa on a 145 acre domain. This architectural villa was designed in 1964 by architect Georges Vandenbussche of the renowned architectural firm Konstrukto from Tielt and built in 1969 as his family home. In 2008 the house was registered as a protected monument because of its artistic, architectural-historical and socio-cultural value.
The U-shaped house (600 m²) with its timeless design is a pioneer and a source of inspiration for contemporary residential architecture: the flat roofs, white-painted brick construction, visible supporting structures, large glass sections and the high-quality interior represent modernity. The experience of space, natural lighting and the luxurious sobriety of the furnishings are the theme throughout the living concept. The villa integrates itself perfectly into its rural environment in which the sophisticated layout of the house evokes a sense of intimacy and openness as well.
The long driveway flanked by trees provides a generous welcome to the estate and leads to the courtyard with parking space. In the eastern part of the house you enter the entrance hall, garage (3 car spaces), storage rooms and service income. The southern part is divided into living areas: the playroom, library, living room, kitchen, writing area and TV room. Furthermore, we have the western part, here you will find the bathrooms, guest rooms and bedrooms.
Finally, the domain is landscaped with deciduous trees, a natural creek and sheep meadow.

The villa is located just outside the town of Tielt, which is centrally located in the triangle Bruges - Courtrai - Ghent and guarantees a smooth connection.
