Monte Brè

Monte Brè (933 m a.s.l.) is Lugano's local mountain, which is located in the east of the city and enchants with breathtaking scenery, hiking as well as mountain bike trails and romantic hillside villages.

From Cassarate, a funicular goes past the villages of Suvigliana, Aldesago and Brè to the summit of the sunniest mountain of Switzerland.
