For long-term rent, we exclusively offer residential units in a newly completed new building near the Koh-I-Noor stop in Vršovice in Prague 10. As a new tenant, take your choice and choose the desired floor, size, and orientation of the apartment. Some of the apartments have a balcony. All units have external blinds, air conditioning, and an equipped kitchen. There is a shower in the bathroom, the apartment with a layout 2+kk have furthermore a cloakroom.
The project is gradually being completed and the first apartments are ready to move now. The new building has parking in underground garages (at an additional cost) and central heating. Monthly fees for services and energy are 2 500 CZK per person.
This is quality and affordable housing in the wider center of Prague. A commission of one month's rent + VAT is charged.
