It is an extremely well-kept residential complex, which was originally built between 1934 and 1936 as part of the so-called "Olympic Village" for athletes, their attendants and other personnel, and was later intended to serve the Wehrmacht. It consists of eight buildings with 82 apartments and 117 parking spaces. Around 1999/2000, the property was extensively renovated. All apartments have modern, contemporary floor plans and are equipped with high-quality wood-insulated glass windows and modern bathroom facilities. Havelland: Location and surroundings of this property

Wustermark is located about 30 km west of the center of Berlin in the region also known as "high Havelland" or "Auf der Heide". The location is characterized by an idyllic forest and meadow landscape and in this respect offers a high quality of life and the opportunity for proverbial deceleration. In the immediate vicinity is the Döberitzer Heide Regional Park, a nature reserve that was acquired and developed by the Heinz-Sielmann Foundation in 2004.
