Your Tasks
- Professional office management (phone, coordination of appointments, correspondence, other administrative tasks)
- Support of the Sales Director and the team in day-to-day business operations
- Support of business appointments and events
- Implementation of sales and marketing activities
- Creation of property profiles and other documentation
Your Profile
- Business-related professional training is desirable
- Previous experience working in a comparable position
- A high degree of commitment and a strong sense of team spirit
- Good communicative and organisational skills
- Well-acquainted with MS-Office
- Excellent German, English and Spanish skills
- Reliable and structured way of working
- Confident and friendly manner and a strong focus on service
