Real estate agent in Mallorca - Current vacancies

Your main tasks

- Handling outgoing Customer Service calls (no cold calls) to update database

- Collect & classify the data using our CRM 

- Provide information to potential customers

- Possible appointment setting with Sales Team 

- Close exchange with management team

Your profile 

- Professional experience in a comparable position

- Excellent knowledge of German & good English, Spanish language skills advantageous

- Excellent IT / MS office skills 

- Team player with a strong service orientation

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Reliable, independent and structured way of working

- Ability to work on one's own initiative

- Professional office management (phone, coordination of appointments, correspondence, other administrative tasks)

- Support of the Sales Director and the team in day-to-day business operations

- Support of business appointments and events

- Implementation of sales and marketing activities

- Creation of property profiles and other documentation

Your Profile

- Business-related professional training is desirable

- Previous experience working in a comparable position

- A high degree of commitment and a strong sense of team spirit

- Good communicative and organisational skills

- Well-acquainted with MS-Office

- Excellent German, English and Spanish skills

- Reliable and structured way of working

- Confident and friendly manner and a strong focus on service

- Very good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of team spirit

- Good-natured conduct, a confident, friendly manner and a professional appearance

- Ideally, you are already a resident of Mallorca and dispose of regional knowledge
