In the centre of the façade there is a bow-window type bay window which was very popular in the city during the 1920s.

The substitution of the façade joinery is permitted, under the general conditions defined in the regulations. It is noteworthy that all of the façade openings, including the bay windows, have shutters, a solution that began to be common in the 1920s.

It is a building included in the urban development catalogue on the initiative of the municipality in application of the criteria established in Law 1/2001. It is in protection level 3.

It consists of a ground floor dedicated to commercial use, three complete floors dedicated to housing and finally 2 ground floors. The total surface area of the building is 497 m2.

Among the permitted works is the opening of a garage door, as well as the opening of openings on the ground floor.
