Badalona: Location and surroundings of this property

The Centre/Casagemes neighbourhoods of Badalona are the most sought-after area of the municipality, where old houses from the 18th and 19th centuries converge with the beach and the sea through the Rambla Santa Madrona as the backbone. Houses with a long history, colonial, of former businessmen of the most diverse industries and where families from Badalona have been living for generations. Its main streets are in practice purely pedestrian, with little vehicle traffic and where only the vehicles of a few fortunate neighbours who have a parking space and some commercial vehicles circulate. There are all kinds of services and shops just a few metres away, from small traditional shops to the great commercial artery represented by the totally pedestrianised Carrer de Mar, as well as a varied gastronomic offer that multiplies in the summer months with the installation of various beach bars on the sand of the beach. The Town Hall is just 700 metres away, the Mercat Maignon at 750 metres, the Parc Can Solei i Ca l'Arnús at 400 metres, the soon to be opened Quirón Clinic at 500 metres, the Municipal Hospital at 800 metres, the CAP Martí i Julià at less than 300 metres and just over 3 km away one of the most renowned reference hospitals in Catalonia, the Germans Trias i Pujol University Hospital (Can Ruti). On the other hand, the educational offer in the vicinity is large, varied and of high quality: Lola Anglada Secondary School (400m), Maristas Champagnat (700m), Escola Minguella (150m), Natzareth (900m), Cultural (800m),... and various nurseries. The Centre/Casagemes neighbourhood can boast of being a perfectly communicated area. Its location is excellent, with the Badalona train station just 800 metres away, the Pompeu Fabra metro station at 900m and the C-31 at 700m, which connects it quickly with Barcelona or Girona. In addition, there are many bus lines nearby, which allow you to reach any point in the municipality in a short time, as well as any town in the Maresme region and, of course, Barcelona.
