The original construction comes from a farmhouse that occupied the whole corner from the year 1800 approx. Then in 1990 it was segregated and became different dwellings. Later, this warm little house was renovated in 2017.

We enter the house at street level into an entrance hall, where we find 4 floors. On the first floor, it has a kitchen and office which is the favourite place of its owners, because you have visual space on both sides and in one of them an enclosed courtyard with plants that gives a green bord to the whole house. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a complete bathroom.
On the upper floor there is a large loft which also serves as a second bedroom. On the other floor there is a washroom and a space with a futon where someone else could eventually sleep.
It is a house with good light as it is all exterior facing.

The exact location is just a few metres from Av SOFÍA and close to all the shops and the beach.
