The owners of the apartments in the “Jardín Tropical” are allowed to use all hotel services - in the restaurant/bars, SPA and VIP areas there can be extra charges. The hotel is located right on the long beach promenade that leads from La Caleta to Los Cristianos. Everything can be reached within a short walking distance, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shopping centres, Puerto Colón’s harbour, various beautiful sandy beaches, etc. The South airport is only a 20 minutes drive away.
